Say It! Allergies can be a serious health issue.  You must make people aware of what food you cannot have and make sure you don't eat anything you are allergic too!

You want to watch a favorite show on TV but your brother/sister gets the remote before you.

Small problem. You can do something else, wait until their show is over and ask to watch your show then.
