The expectation that people are responsible for their own actions.
What is accountability?
Feedback that encourages us to continue to try our best to continue to change.
What is positive feedback?
An emotion that makes people feel disconnected from others.
What is loneliness?
People may become agitated, hostile, or aggressive when they believe that this might have happened.
What is being disrespected?
How we might show what our values are without saying a word.
What is through our behaviors?
You can ask this person to help keep you accountable for your actions.
What is your peers? OR What is your Q?
What is a habit?
Safety from threats to one's environment and person.
To be respectful of others means to treat other people in this way.
What is how you would like to be treated?
Daily Double: Give one example of a value and how you are currently upholding that in your life.
Any example as long as its relevant and appropriate.
This is a way you might try to avoid accountability for your actions.
What is excuse or justify your behaviors?
A word to describe a helpful or useful behavior.
What is adaptive?
One's ability to trust that others will value, respect, and hear your thoughts and feelings.
What is emotional safety?
One way to show that you respect others even if they have different opinions, beliefs, and values.
What is setting boundaries? OR What is respecting boundaries? OR what is considering each other's needs?
Something you can do if you find that you are not prioritizing one of your stated values.
What is re-evaluate your values?
We cannot do this regarding someone else's actions of behaviors.
What is control?
Too much positive feedback can have this adverse effect.
What is feeling indestructible OR egotistical OR related terms?
The ability to be fully yourself without fear of judgement or negative impact to your image.
What is psychological safety?
A strategy you can use to remain respectful when you feel like you have been disrespected.
What is walking away? OR What is clarifying the situation respectfully?
The discomfort we feel when we say that we value something, but our actions do not reflect that value.
