Why are we getting so many of Fed loans Servicing's borrowers?
On July 8, 2021, FedLoan Servicing (PHEAA) informed Federal Student Aid (FSA) that it would not renew its contract servicing federal student loans when its current contract ends on Dec. 14, 2021. Although the contract ends in December 2021, PHEAA will continue servicing loans until all borrower accounts are transferred by FSA to a new servicer.
