When someone is being negative or hurtful to another person through actions or words.
What is a coping skill?
A coping skill is something you can do that helps managing negative emotions, but it does not get rid of it.
What are my goals for the future?
- For the next 3 years, graduate high school, figure out where to go to college, and learning to drive.
- For the next 5 years, go to college, move out of the area, get a job.
- For the next 10 years, get settled in a career, get a house.
How does our mental health affect us?
It could be hard for us to do something, like do our daily tasks, going to school, doing homework, shower, eat.
It could impact our relationships.
What is Molly's favorite animal?
A Hippo! We drove 5 hours to the Cincinnati zoo and saw a famous hippo.
What have I learned from this experience of being bullied?
- I learned that I am capable of still achieving high grades even though I am going through something difficult.
- Because of what I've been through this year, I find it hard to connect with people, because I don't trust them as much. I have learned that the interactions with some people can impact how comfortable I am with trusting others.
What are Molly's favorite coping skills?
- Talking about something else to help distract from what is bothering me.
- Counting also helps with distraction.
When was the last time you felt really proud of yourself?

I still made the honor roll even though I had a really hard time in school. High honors!!! Average above a 95!!
What are you biggest triggers?
- People yawning, but I struggle to know why, but I know I just don't like it.
- People chewing with their mouth open.
