How do you fix the application in the Driver File if it is showing statement is missing?
The recruiter can check the application and see they marked they were denied or a license was suspended but they did not give an answer to the why. Have the candidate provide a statement then either provide the statement to FADV or change the status to no, if it was accidentally marked.

The candidate would need to go to the DMV and have them mark the license as non-expected interstate. Then rerun their MVR after24 hours.
