focuses on the four strategic areas of our DE&I journey (Platforms & Communications, Customers, Community, and People & Culture). These council and committee members serve a limited term, have an interest in our DE&I efforts, and currently serve in a Division or HQ leadership position.

National DE&I Council

consists of 24 employees across Divisions, Regions, and Business Units, works alongside the National DE&I Council and provides advice, recommendations, and feedback. The EAC also pilots and previews new products and policies that are the outcomes of our DE&I efforts across the company. To date nearly 150 teammates have been a part of the council.
