Who was King Noah?
After the people of Nephi assembled themselves together, they established this many churches (aka wards) in the land of Zarahemla (Mosiah 25:23).
What is seven churches/wards?
Instead of appointing a king, with the fear that a king is appointed by men and has the risk of being wicked (like Noah), the people appointed Alma to be the first one of these. (Mosiah 29:42)
Side note: this happened 509 years after Lehi left Jerusalem...that's how far you are in your Book of Mormon studies right now!
What is a chief judge?
This is the first land that Alma visited in his ministry. (Alma 5:1)
What is Zarahemla?
"My soul hath been redeemed from the gall of bitterness and bonds of iniquity. I was in the darkest abyss; but now I behold the marvelous light of God. My soul was racked with eternal torment; but I am snatched, and my soul is pained no more."
Mosiah 27:29
The Lord sent this person to help rescue Limhi's people. (Mosiah 21:22)

Nevertheless the children of God were commanded that they should gather themselves together oft, and join in fasting and mighty prayer in behalf of the welfare of the souls of those who knew not God.

This was the curse prophesied upon the Amlicites and Lamanites. (Alma 3:13-14)
What is a mark on their head?
In Alma 7:10-13, the people of Gideon receive a prophesy of this.
What is Christ's birth, life and death?
"And it came to pass that Gideon sent men into the wilderness secretly, to search for the king and those that were with him. And it came to pass that they met the people in the wilderness, all save the king and his priests.
Now they had sworn in their hearts that they would return to the land of Nephi, and if their wives and their children were slain, and also those that had tarried with them, that they would seek revenge, and also perish with them.
And the king commanded them that they should not return; and they were angry with the king, and caused that he should suffer, even unto death by fire."
After being taken captive, the Lord caused this to come upon the Lamanites - it allowed the people of Alma to escape to the land of Zarahemla.

Alma appointed this man to be the chief judge so that he could minister to the people of Nephi. (Alma 4: 19-20)
