Why did God say he would cause a great flood?
Because the people had sinned badly and thought about evil things
What was the name of the tower the people were building?
Babel
What did God promise him in terms of land?
God will give Abraham all the land that he sees, from north to south and from west to east.

Who did God choose to save?
Noah & his family
What was the reason they were building the tower?
They wanted to make a name for themselves — to make themselves look great!
What did God promise him in terms of descendants?
That his descendants will be as many as the stars in the sky.

What did he ask Noah to do?
To build an ark and bring a pair of each animal into the ark
How did Abram respond to God's promise, and what was God's response?
Abraham believed, and God was pleased with him.

What did God do about it? Why was it not good?
He confused their language by making lots of different languages! This caused them to spread out across the earth.
They were making idols of themselves…putting themselves above God…they were disobeying his command to spread out across the whole earth!
