Self esteem is how much we believe ourselves to be competent, successful, significant, and worthy, or how much we like ourselves.

Late adulthood starts around 60 years of age.
What is Gross Movement?
Gross Movements are controlled primarily by large muscles or muscle groups. Examples? Walking and Running
