When you check ink pH, you use this tool.
What is an electronic pH meter?
This lists every step on how to do a particular quality check, but does not tell the frequency of the checks
What is a SPI or Special Procedures and Instructions document?
All of the test sets in that group passed.
What is "pass"?
This test is done because if a product gets mixed, the customer might not catch it, and might call for a recall.
What is a line clearance test?
When you check Liner Temperature, you use this tool.
What is a an infrared pyrometer?
At least one of the test sets in that group failed.
What is "fail"?
You'll use this to mark the center of the scores to assist with measurement accuracy when performing a measurement for inside dimensions.
What is a pen?
Setup checks are triggered at this time.
What is done as soon as you put the order in process?
No tests in that group are due just yet, but will be due within the next 10 minutes
What is "candidate"?
The box, after you make up a box is put there.
What is put on top of the unit afterwards?
The frequency and tolerances of the checks are displayed here.

What is "Due"?
This type of inspection should be done when either a cutting die or a printing plate is causing a quality defect OR causing you to reduce the machine speed.
