(ANY time = $500 holdover fee)

Yes! It can be found on out website!
Can I store items in the new unit if the current tenant agrees?
No!
(Residents are not allowed to store items in the transfer unit. This is a liability for your items)
Does my room have to be spotless?
It must be free of personal items and trash!
Do I have to turn in my parking pass?
(Failure to do so = $100 charge at move-out!!)
My roommate(s) moved out before I did but left a bunch of items in the common area. Will I be charged at move-out?
if it is in the common area, Yes?
(make sure to have a move-out plan with your roommates!!)
The person transferring to my unit wants my decor. Can I leave it up for them?
No! This will cause you to be charged for trash at move-out.
How much is a bag of trash charge?
$50 per bag
Can I turn my keys in sooner than July 15th?
Yes!
(most communicate with office & verify what other items are needed!!!)
Do I need to fill anchor holes?
Yes!
(anchor holes = $30 damage charge!!)
How long do I have to transfer into my new unit?
(Direct Transfer)

What is the charge for not returning a mailbox key?
