No!
(Residents are not allowed to store items in the transfer unit. This is a liability for your items)
Does my room have to be spotless?
It must be free of personal items and trash!

(Failure to do so = $100 charge at move-out!!)
My roommate(s) moved out before I did but left a bunch of items in the common area. Will I be charged at move-out?

The person transferring to my unit wants my decor. Can I leave it up for them?
No! This will cause you to be charged for trash at move-out.

$50 per bag
