You're test and quizzes aren't so great in this class and I'm discouraged. What can I do? 

Two things! 1.) Sign up to retake the assessment when offered a few times a week or 2.) focus on your behavior, completing homework, and classwork since these areas comprise 50% of your overall all grade!

I have a problem with another student. How should I solve it?

Disagreements happen to all of us. Both students will be invited to come during lunch to work out their differences and create a safe environment for each other. Failure to meet will result in a BIF and an administrative intervention.

What 4 things should I have every day in class to ensure my success?

A pencil, a math notebook, a folder for handouts, and a personal calculator

You need to go to the bathroom. Describe the bathroom procedure. 

Raise two fingers in the air. I will wave you over if it's allowed (first 5, last 5). I will quickly sign your agenda book and you will sign the sheet near the door and sign it again upon re-entry.
