Trains your body to use air flow healthily for speaking and singing.

To make your lips buzz you must have these 2 things: sufficient air speed (air velocity) AND sufficient air volume (be using enough air).  The lip buzz exercise fixes these two vocal issues; the root of most beginning singers' problems/tension.
