Sub in for absent students with jobs and monitor the classroom when Mr. Siemens is out and report to him.

Even if I am not good at something (yet), scared to try something new, don't want to do it, it's too easy or too hard for me, or I'm having a hard time, what should I do?
Try your best and learn from your mistakes. Ask for help. Relocate to work privately and focused.
