What is self incrimination?
It is being forced/or just saying incriminating things against yourself. That is what the fifth amendment gives you the right to remain silent, so you don't have to incriminate yourself or others.
What does the 9th amendment actually do?
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
It says that all the rights not listed in the Constitution belong to the people, not the government. In other words, the rights of the people are not limited to just the rights listed in the Constitution.
