Do I need to bring my computer to class everyday?
If I need to see or talk with the nurse, counselors, principal or vice principal, what do you do?
Fill out a student support form on Schoology.
Can you have snacks and drinks in here? If so, what are the rules?
1. No snacks
2. Drinks must have a lid i.e. no open cans.
The number one thing I expect from EVERYONE! Whether it is student to student, teacher to student, or student to teacher.

Can we play games in class?
No! The only game you are allowed to play in class is PRODIGY!
I see you playing other games, I’ll take your laptop.
What symbols do you use to ask to use the restroom or to go get water?
A W for water and crossed fingers for restroom.
Scenario: You came to Mrs. Randall's class and were running late. You forgot your pencil. Oops. You grab your notebook and calculator. What do you do next?
Grab one from YOUR assigned number in the calculator caddy. Put it back at the end of class!!
What are the first things you should grab and do when you walk into class? Hint: There are four different answers.
1. Grab your supplies (mainly notebook, but pencils and calculator if needed).
2. Read the board. Know the answer for the attendance question.
3. Do the entry task. Make sure you have the day and date written on your square.
4. When finished, sit quietly until Mrs. Randall has finished attendance or is ready to review the entry task.
What should you do if your computer didn’t charge for some reason or you don’t have your laptop?
Let Mrs. Randall know.
Mrs. Randall has some extra chargers and may be able to lend her tablet.
If you get the okay to use the restroom or go get water, what are the next steps?
Go to the sign out page on Schoology, check out with your student ID number, grab the pass and go. When you come back, don’t forget to check back in with your student ID number.
What are some of the ways you can earn house points?
Answering questions for the notes, doing good deeds, earning a 4.0 on your CFA, etc.
To leave at the end of class, what do you need to do? Hint: There’s three answers.
1. Put away materials (notebooks, pencils, calculators, etc.)
2. Make sure the room is clean (trashed picked up from floor).
3. Be seated and wait for Mrs. Randall to dismiss you.
This is what we should do if our computer is not turning on during independent time.

2. Asking to plug in your computer
3. If it is still not turning on, ask for assistance from Mrs. Randall with a respectful hand.
How many passes do you get each quarter? Do they count for water, restroom, and nurse?
You get 10 passes and that counts getting water and using the restroom.
Can we do fun activities like blooket, gimkit, or things like that?
Only when we use them appropriately. If you are just guessing and not trying to solve problems, then we won’t play.
How should we enter the classroom?
Quietly and ONLY WHEN THE DOOR IS OPEN AND THE CLASSROOM IS CLEARED OUT FROM THE PREVIOUS CLASS
If I am not in the room/the door is closed don’t try coming in.
