The first 10 minutes. It could be longer if a cafeteria worker notices you behaving poorly.
What is the procedure for getting a new pencil?
Raise one finger. Get a new pencil out of the "sharp" cup. Place old pencil in the "dull" cup.

Grab everything you need from the serving line. You can NOT go back and get forks/drinks/ketchup/etc. Stay in your seat. No sharing food. Talk with a soft voice. Clean up trash from the table and floor when we leave.
