An inappropriate time would be when Ms. Davis is giving instructions or directions, during a spelling test, during any important activity.

What rules do we have about people leaving the room?

There should only one boy and one girl should be out of the room at a time, UNLESS there is an EMERGENCY. People should leave and enter back in quietly so they do not distract others.
