You get new colored pencils after Christmas and you NEVER get new markers.

In the gold sparkly shelf.
How should we act in the hallway?
Facing forward in line, volume on level 0, walking feet.
Where and how do you turn in papers?
In the pink trays. You look for your homeroom teacher's name and the subject the paper is.
What happens if you make a sad choice?
Ms. Mills will ask you to put your folder on her desk and she will put a number in the calendar square.
What do you do if you need a certain color marker or colored pencil? And what do you do when you are done using it?
You go get one from the color drawers and put it back when you're done.
Can you bring a ball to recess? What are the expectations with that?
Yes- but it must stay in the backpack until recess and if it becomes a problem, Ms. Mills will take it away.
Explain how the Peanut Butter/Jelly sign works? And what does it mean?
Each day when you come in, look for the PB/Jelly picture on the whiteboard. Your name will be on either the PB side or the jelly side. Whichever side is FACING OUT-YOU CAN SEE IT, THOSE STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR WORK ON THE FLOOR. THE REST OF YOU PLAY/WORK AT YOUR DESK. Ms. Mills will flip the sign every day.
You owe her laps at recess.

What hand sign do you hold up if you need to go to the restroom?
Hold a 1 in the air.
What supplies live in your desk?
Your pencil bag and your whiteboard.
Where do tickets go and what does Ms. Mills do with tickets?
Tickets go in the containers on the smart board. Ms. Mills will draw 4-5 tickets on Friday for a chance to get something out of the treasure box.
Name all the items and the correct amount that go in your pencil bag.
1 pencil, scissors, colored pencils, markers, 1 dry erase marker, 1 expo eraser, 1 glue stick
When can you go the restroom in the our bathroom vs the yellow hall restroom?
Only if it's an emergency can we use the class bathroom. We can go to the hall if it is not during instruction time.
