What are 3 kitchen lab rules?
ABSOLUTELY no horseplay in the kitchen at any time.
Each member of the group will stay until everyone in their group has completed their tasks and the kitchen has been checked and approved.
ALL lab members must participate for a participation grade.
All utensils and appliances will be used, cleaned, and replaced correctly. This includes knives and cleaning supplies.
Loose clothing and jewelry should be tucked or removed.
Hair must be pulled back.
Aprons are always worn.
Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away in the correct place.
All supplies must be returned to their proper place.
Good safety procedures will be followed.
Dishcloths and towels will be placed in the washer at the end of each class.
