When a student misses a test or any other school work due to an UNPLANNED absence of one to three days, he/she will have three (3) days to complete the work. If the absence has been longer than three (3) days, the students will have the same number of days to complete the missed work, as he/she was absent. (Example: If a student misses 6 days, then he/she has 6 school days to make up the work.)
If the work/test was assigned prior to the absence, the student should be prepared to take the test and turn in the work ON THE DAY HE/SHE RETURNS TO SCHOOL.
Students who are not in compliance with the rules above, will receive a zero (0).

-If you are in the bathroom and it's a lockdown drill, the teacher closest to the bathroom will probably pull you into their room
-Move as quickly as possible, you can leave your stuff in the hall
-If you're outside, never go back in during fire drill. Go to whatever classroom is closest if it's a lockdown drill.

Why is Ms. Ritter's cat named Church?
The cat who is brought back to life in Stephen King's novel "Pet Semetary" is named Churchill after Winston Churchill, but goes by Church for short. Ms. Ritter loves Stephen King and "Pet Semetary" is one of her favorites!
