A user wants to know if Miller is open. How do you find out?

Check the website and call sup to confirm. (Miller is always closed when it is raining FYI)

I want to cancel my Alumni membership and get a refund. 

We cannot process refunds or do cancellations for Alumni memberships. Give them Zach's contact info and email Zach about the situation.

How should the receipts be put away at night?

In order of transaction # and attached with a paperclip.

No, we currently do not allow guests under the age of 18 in the facility.

A user cannot log into the app. How can you help them?

Make sure their username is set up correctly, and reset their password if needed or give them the generic password if it is their first time logging in.

What should be typed in to the authorization # box when processing a sale?

The last 4 digits of the card number.

Can my guest come to cycle class with me?

They cannot sign up on the app, but if there are spots available, they can check in with the instructor.

What is the procedure for transferring a phone call?

Transfer --> last 5 digits of phone # --> Transfer

If a user asks you a specific question about the pool what should you do?

Radio aquatics to see if they know. Give them wellrec-aquatics@ncsu.edu if all else fails.

A patron claiming they are a full-time student has a non-fee paying student eligibility. Why might this be?

Their enrollment may not be finalized or they may be a distance education student. Send them to cashier's office if any issues arise.

What is the procedure if you have no replacement?

Lock the terminal back in the safe, make sure keys are in the cash drawer or key watcher, and log it in your shift report.

Can a household member join an intramural sports team?

Yes! But first they'll need an account created on the WellRec App

The fire alarm is going off. What do you do?

Take the terminal out of the building with you. Keep radio on you and listen for sups. Get people around you out of the building and head to Talley.

My HES professor told me I could rent out a locker. 

You can use the daily use combination lockers around the building, or bring your own lock for day-use lockers in the locker-room. If you would like to rent an overnight locker, it is $5 a month.

A user's card # reads all zero's, and their name does not match the one in fusion. What should you do?

Have the user go to the Wolf Pack One Card office to have their malfunctioning card replaced.

I can't print the closing report. What do I do?

Make sure CG Front Laser is added as a printer to your desktop. When printing hit printer icon with a ? and add CG Front Laser (email with instructions sent out).

What is a lapsed eligibility?

When a users imported eligibility has been removed and their membership goes beyond their university status. A new eligibility needs to be assigned before purchasing another membership.

I have a shadow on my shift. What do I do?

Go over the training checklists with them, answer any questions they have, and give them information that might not be on the checklists.
