Every student should have their own water bottle. If you do not have one or cannot get one please come talk to me and we will work something out.
Water bottles should be filled up every morning during soft start and you will only refill them during recess or lunch. NOT during class time

Yes, she allows snacks in class as long as they are not a distraction and you clean up after yourself (Don’t ask me after lunch. I WILL SAY NO).

Our space should be somewhere that all of you can learn in. This means respecting and understanding that everyone's learning needs are different and that is okay! This is a judgment free zone!

What are 2 important things about handing in assignments?
You will be given PLENTY of time in class to complete your work. There should be no reason for assignments not being handed in on time.
I understand things happen in life, if this is the case you NEED to let me know. I will work with you to make sure you are staying on track. But I don’t know what I don’t know.. Communicate!

I have an absolute ZERO tolerance policy for bullying or being rude to one another. If you are found to be treating someone poorly this will result in immediate contact home. You will be visiting Ms. Holota
I lost my pencil. Should I go into Ms. Sandbeck's desk to get another one?
NO, Ms. Sandbecks desk is OFF LIMITS to students. There is no circumstance where a student should be in my drawers or taking something off my desk. If you need something ask I will almost always say yes (if it is reasonable).

The breakout room is a PRIVILEGE!! You MUST have permission to use it.
There is a MAX of 3 students allowed in there at a time.
When there is a guest teacher, they will decide if you have earned the privilege of using the space. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO LET ANYONE USE IT! You have to earn it.
If you damage items in the breakout room you will not be allowed to use it anymore.

What it the final step on the consequence ladder
Contact home. You will send your adults an email explaining what happened and I will follow up with a phone call. Ms.Holota will also be informed of your behaviour.
When will you get homework? What happens if homework is sent home?
If you are continuously not getting your work done in class I will be sending it home.
In the event I am sending something home just know I WILL be messaging home to let them know you have homework.
