I want chicken for lunch that says to cook for 20 minutes.  I do not have time to cook it that long so I will just eat it after I cook it for 10 minutes and it is still pink.  What is wrong with this?

Chicken has to be fully cooked- it cannot be pink inside like beef can sometimes- if I eat it undercooked I could get sick.
