-Communicate breakdown immediately to supervision/ mechanical
-Do not walk up or down ramp, wait for a ride out

1- Brown O-Ring has not turned teal green (indicating moisture has entered the unit)
2-dust or debris in the sight glass (indication that the material inside has been compromised)
3-Small white patch in sight glass has turned black (indicates that extreme heat has compromised the unit)
4-Unit is open (if units are open or the top clasp breaks the unit needs to be taken out of service immediately)
What steps would you take if your unit ever failed a brake test and you had to park it, leave it and get on another truck?
-Let supervision know of issue
-Ensure mechanics are aware of the issue
-Lockout unit with tag if required to leave unit for any time
-Try to park on even ground not on ramp unless it is not possible
