How many people are allowed IN the hot tub?
Per Oregon State Health Code, only 8 people are allowed in the hot tub at one time.
How many complimentary guest passes to Patrons recieve?
Each lot gets 15 guest passes and are able to purchase more for $5.00 each.

What is the smoking/vaping rule?
No smoking or vaping on property. Property is from the top of the round-a-bout and down to the powerline trail.
What is the non-swimmer policy?
A non-swimmer is anyone in a lifejacket/water wings/etc. and must have a parent/guardian physically in the water within arms reach.
Exception: wader and hot tub
What is the basic MRA uniform?
Red MRA shirt (tank/sweatshirt), black bottoms, whistle, guard pack
What makes up a swim test?
50 yards freestyle (or on front)
50 yards backstroke (or on back)
30 seconds treading
- no goggles
- head/face must be underwater for most of the test
What do you do if someone has not paid their dues?
- they are allowed 1 freebie (must be noted on RecDesk)
- 2nd time, they must be turned away, get supervisor for assistance
You need a sub, what do you do?
1. post shift to Digiquatics
2. ask EVERYONE if they can sub. do not rely on people seeing it on the tradeboard.
3. last case scenario, ask Annie and Kaia for help
- you are responsible for that shift if it is not picked up. not showing up to work and not going through these 3 steps will lead to a disiplinary warning/strike

How do you keep track of hours?
Time clock on Digiquatics! Must clock in/out before and after your shift. If you forget, let Annie and Kaia know and they will edit it.
What are season pool hours? When do guards get off?
Monday- Thursday: 6am-10pm
Friday: 6am-11pm
Saturday: 7am-11pm
Sunday: 7am-10pm
Guards off at 8:00pm every day.
What is the age rule regarding swimmers coming without a parent or guardian?
You must be 14 years or older to come without a parent. HOWEVER, if the child is under 14 and pass the swim test, they are allowed to come in without a parent as long as lifeguards are on duty.
