The Caganer.

Religion people also make scenes with great holy figures: wise kings, angels, son of God and Caganer. So who is that and how does he look like?

The Caganer is literally a guy who is making a poop. This guy exists for more than 300 years. In 2005 Barcelona even decided not to include him in the city's Nativity scene and people were furious. They even made march-campain "Save The Caganer". And they won, he was back:)
Nobody even really knows why does he exists.
