These two documents cannot be Archived. To move them to myDox, print to the SecuredPDFtoDoxim Printer.

Pressing this button in Sign-o-Sign on a “CheckedOut” and signed document will create a duplicate document in myDox and need to be fixed.

What is “Archive”? (always use the CheckBackIn function in myDox when you CheckOut and add more signatures to a myDox document)

Once you have “CheckedOut” and added signatures to a document, these are the two steps you follow to return the updated document to myDox.
