How do you treat someone who is having an asthma attack with medications?

Support them and have them take a seat, encourage and show pursed lip breathing, ask them if they have any medical conditions (asthma), ask them if they have any medications (inhaler), get their inhaler, ensure it is theirs, not expired, and they know how to use it! Fill out report and ensure meds are helping them get better. Call parents if necessary.

Angina is the medical term for chest pain, this is usually a symptom of another condition they have and they will usually have medications that can help and will be aware of this symptom and their condition
