This governing body approves charters for regional, domestic and international Chapters.
Who are the NEBB Board of Directors?
An Applicant Firm must submit a minimum of this many individual and unique letters of endorsement from architects, engineers, contractors, or commercial building owners.

An individual Applicant must become certified not later than this long from the date of candidacy application approval.

Who are the NEBB Board of Directors?

An Applicant Firm must have operated continuously as a legal entity, actively engaged and regularly performing work in the field for which it is seeking NEBB Certification for how long prior to submitting for application.

The Certified Individual is responsible to ensure that their annual fees are paid by this date every year.

This person will record any and all NEBB Board of Directors actions that require updates to the Operational Procedures.
Who is NEBB’s Executive Vice President?
A time period imposed by the Executive Vice President, to take actions prescribed to come into compliance with NEBB Procedural Standards, Operational Procedures, and policies.
What is Administrative Action Period?
The Chapter’s Board of Directors shall meet a minimum of this many times face-to-face and/or virtually.

NEBB defines fulltime employment as a minimum average of how many hours per week.

Certified Professionals and Technicians may only perform work or advertise the ability to perform work in accordance with this document.
What are the NEBB Procedural Standards?
This Committee may be utilized by the Executive Vice President or NEBB Board of Directors for administrative, technical, and formatting changes to the Operational Procedures.
Who is the Compliance Affair Committee?
NEBB-approved entities working with Certified Firms and/or Certified Individual’s to monitor and enhance compliance with NEBB Procedural Standards, Operational Procedures, and policies.
What is mentoring?
In the event a Director ceases to be employed by a NEBB Certified Firm, the Director shall be allowed to serve no more than how long.
What is 13 months?
It is the entity that the NEBB stamp is the property of.
Who is NEBB?
This individual is required to attain 6 CECs every year during the recertification cycle.
Who is the certified Professional?
Once approved by the Board of Directors, notice of all changes will be provided in written form to this group.
Who are the NEBB Chapters?
A defined period of time when a Certified Firm or Certified Individual is not authorized to perform NEBB certified services represent that NEBB certified services are being performed, or claim any NEBB association or status.
What is suspension?
Each Chapter shall appoint this person who will be responsible for all finances and financial reporting activities.
Who is the Secretary/Treasurer?
The Certified Firm will report any change in Certified Professional and/or Certified Technician employment to the NEBB Chapter and to NEBB within how much time.
