A complaint is something minor i.e "I dont like this coffee" or being upset we are out of sample packs.

Our secondary exit from upstairs will be out through the loading dock on weekdays. 

If downstairs the first exit that leads to O'farrell st will be a left turn down hallway from the elevator and then turning right and following the hallway to the green exit sign leading up the stairwell. 

The secondary exit will be to the right of the elevator exit, fully following the hallway until reaching the exit stairwell that leads up to the building lobby.
