The following performance measure is among the examples listed with which tier: Increase in number of multi-unit housing complexes that implement comprehensive smokefree policies, and the number of units/persons protected by these policies.

This type of outcome measures the decreased incidence of advanced stage disease among the target populations.
What is a long term outcome?
The action of engaging with CDC funded and non- CDC funded organizations resulting in increasing the capacity of the network.
What is collaboration?
The primary mechanism by which CDC and a recipient remain informed and receive regular updates.
What are monthly calls?
Recipient must provide this type of plan which demonstrates how they will fulfill the requirements described in the CDC Evaluation and Performance Measurement section of the NOFO.
