An ASM or Store Manager is responsible for approving an MR withing Genesis 1.5.5.2 on the same day it was created. If product is returned in a Lowe's owned vehicle, the merchandise can not be unloaded until the MR has been approved. The approving manager must print the Merchandise Return Worksheet from Genesis 9.5 and visually verify the returned merchandise to ensure the item, quantity, and condition is accurate. Upon completion the approving MOD should "approve" "reject" or "modify" the MR.
