Is the pharmacy first-time experience feature available for all pharmacies during the launch process?

No, it is only available for Pioneer, Liberty, and Micromerchant pharmacies

100

Who can surface feedback forms?

UX Research / Product

100

Are refrigeration fees required?

No. Pharmacies can use refrigeration to limit the available couriers in checkout.

100

What kind of ads do we show?

Mostly ads for prescription medications (we have 3 of these running currently). We also have one ad running for an OTC product.

100

Are emails required?

No

200

What does the first-time experience teach the pharmacies to do?

The first-time experience teaches a pharmacy when a checkout message is sent to their patients and how to complete an order task

200

What is the main value prop of Pickup Orders in LibertyRx?

Pharmacies can know when pickup orders were placed through Nimble.

200

Where can I see if a pharmacy is retail or specialty?

Pharmacy details page (Retool)

200

What are some of the ways we make sure ads don’t annoy the patient? (3 min)

  1. We target ads based on the medication the patient is taking and the medical condition we infer from that medication.

  2. We also make sure that ads don’t add any friction to the patient experience (for example, we don’t have any pop up or screen takeover ads).

  3. Patients can opt out of seeing an individual ad, and they can even opt out of being served ads based on their health information.

  4. We don’t show ads to users under 18. (It’s possible for ads to be served to guardians checking out for patients under 18, however.)

200

What is a limitation of the self serve OTC tool?

Only OTCs in the global catalog

300

Where can the team find import rules for different pharmacy systems?

This information used to be stored in a wiki but it can now be found in the system import rules tab

300

Why do the prescribed drug name and dispensed drug name sometimes differ?

Pharmacies sometimes dispense the generic version of a prescribed drug.

300

Does the pharmacy type field impact patient messaging?

No, not at the moment.

300

Why do we want more patients to download the mobile app?

Having the mobile app makes it easier for patients to engage with Nimble on their own — which leads to higher patient retention over time. We see higher refill request rates and more ad views on mobile. We’re also better able to build great patient experiences on mobile for future features like Chat and Medication Reminders, especially since a central component of these is the ability to send push notifications.

300

What kind of pharmacies may want to use the photo ID feature?

A pharmacy that processes controlled meds

400

What does Nimble send back to the pharmacy system so they can complete a controlled meds task for a pharmacy with a Pioneer POS integration?

We send back dummy pickup ID information so a Nimble task can be complete. If the pharmacy would like to override the dummy pickup ID information, they can do so in their pharmacy system

400

Which pharmacies can require refrigeration for compounded meds?

Pharmacies on PioneerRx

400

What is the main value prop of Signature on Delivery?

Nimble can communicate with couriers when an order requires signature at the time of delivery.

400

What is Mobile First?

The first checkout message in the checkout series takes the patient to download the app (if they haven’t already). The patient is then automatically logged in and taken to the checkout screen after downloading. A few minutes later, the patient receives a "fast follow" message telling them that they can use the web link in that message to check out if they had trouble checking out on mobile

400

How does the attestation feature work? How is it different from signature on delivery?

It's signature upon order

500

What is the main value proposition of Pioneer Order Consolidation feature?

A signature is captured for multiple Rxs when they are present in an order. This reduces audit risks and makes it easier for a pharmacy search for a signature attached to multiple Rxs

500

What two things does a pharmacy need to do to have refrigeration?

1) Mark the drugs in Pioneer as requiring refrigeration, and

2) Have at least one courier that has refrigeration as a capability

500

Can signatures be required for compounded medications?

No, compounded medications do not have NDCs, and we can only identify NDCs as requiring signature on delivery.

500

What are the 2 types of “historical” refill? (Note: there is a 3rd type that is only relevant to BD)

  1. Pharmacy historical: when a pharmacy onboards with Nimble, or when they turn on refill at a later point, we can process past fills and send patients refill messages for those fills for the first time

  2. Second chance refills: we can re-send refill reminders to patients who never responded to their initial set of refill reminders for a medication. This is the type of “historical” we do for our End of Year Historical.

500

What's the main value prop of direct pay?

Audit, proof of finances

600

What is the main value prop?

Reduce the amount of time it takes to get feedback from pharmacies.

600

Will patient checkout display the dispensed drug name or the prescribed drug name?

Trick question, it will show both drug names during checkout preview when they differ, then just the dispensed drug name.

600

Where in the product can a patient see an ad?

On the checkout confirmation screen, on the refill request confirmation screen, and on the home page

600

What's the Stripe Connect fee? Is it required?

0.25% required, non negotiable, they get a bunch of additional features built on top of DP

600

Are refunds allowed through support? If yes, which kinds and which ones are not allowed?

Right now, only courier refunds allowed
