He does not have an IRA, and Susie Smith has a 00 tag on the account for an unrelated transfer. She tagged the account 7 days ago. What steps must you follow before you can add an 06 tag?
1. Call Susie's extension and allow the phone to ring 5 times.
2. Offer a call back from Susie when she is available.
3. IF the client refuses a call back, email Susie, copying both of your managers recapping the conversation and that you have tagged the account by EOD.

If you need to submit a challenge for a rep who violated ROE, what is needed in the email you send to them?
Client name/PID/Acct Number.
"It appears you spoke to (client name) on (date of interaction) and logged an 00 or 06 tag. I have a valid 00 or 06 tag from (date of your tag). ROE was not followed. Please confirm 100% credit for me to challenge.
(make sure your manager and the rep's manager are CC'd on the email)

Yes, if the account is opened the same day and we add a New Accounts tag, we will get credit.
