She only gets 2 cigarettes every 2 hours with the exception of lunch and dinner; she gets an extra cigarette IF she has earned her block for that time. She can buy an extra cigarette with 3 tokens at the scheduled cigarette time.

Taking your shoes off could cause an injury = workers comp. Client could go into crisis and you're caught without shoes: elopement & BARR. You can eat what is on the menu when the clients eat
The office is not a hang out during your shift.- you should be in the common area unless you are eating food (10-15 minute), getting cigarettes, or meds. No other reason to be in the office.
