What are some possible activities we do in NJHS? 

We participate in winter fest and multicultural night, we get to go to a school to read to children (skipping school), and we do feeding Florida. There are plenty more these are just some!

what do we do in winter fest?

Dress up, set up our booth (make it look pretty!), sell items we make from scratch, sell a food, and have fun afterwards! You can also earn some service hours from this as well.

 This entails understanding one’s role in the community and active participation in school or local affairs. It includes respecting rules, property, and the environment.

What is the difference between sponsored and non sponsored service hours?

Sponsored hours are the ones you complete with NJHS or in a school sponsored event. Non sponsored hours are the ones you complete in your own time.

True! Most of the time we get to decide what we want to do for activities that year, and how we want to do them.
