No, you do not need to call the customer. 

  • Reach out to the Tow Team by email for Allstate, State Farm, USAA, Travelers, and Progressive (TX/PA) to follow up on the tow.
  • All other carriers contact the shop to verify if they have set up the tow.
  • Schedule a callback for 2 business days out.
