Since February of this year, the Warrensburg Food Pantry has stayed open later with these extended hours.

Our sorters will send undesirable clothing to this big metal box.

These lovable play items once held a place in a child's heart. However, they cannot hold a place here.
What are stuffed animals?
Last year, our case workers helped bring smiles to over 270 children during the NCM program.
What is the Giving Tree Program?
This person drives, lifts, mows, and maintains. They would probably rather be fishing.
Who is Gary?
This food pantry on wheels helps to serve people in remote parts of our region.
What is the Mobile Mart?
The hours and day that the Brant Lake Clothing Center is open.
What is 11 AM - 4 PM on Wednesdays?
Someone has already sampled these food items, and therefore they cannot be accepted.
What are opened food packages?
Clients can receive these if they are trying to drive themselves to a doctor's appointment or social service office, but need some financial help.
What are gas cards?
This staff member is the longest serving part of the NCM team.
Who is Rebecca?
When we don't have one or both of two specific grocery items, clients can receive these and finish their grocery shopping at their local Stewart's.
What are egg and milk cards?
Used by clothing sorters, these yellow labeled containers help transport loose items between buildings in Warrensburg.
What are taxis?
Often useful for young parents, these portable chairs have expiration dates.
What are car seats?
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program helps clients offset costs at the grocery store.
What is SNAP?
This staff member is from Brant Lake and enjoys snowmobiling.
Who is Kayla?
The place where NCM buys the majority of the food that it stocks in its pantries.
What is the Regional Food Bank?
These might be a rest for your head at night, but it is best if they don't go in the blue bin.
What are pillows?
They might save a kid from having a crack on the head, but they won't save NCM from a lawsuit.
What are bike helmets.
An employee for National Grid who works alongside our case work team to support clients in our region.
Who is Kari Kelly?
This person is the director of operations for NCM and likes to keep the office at 100 degrees!
Who is Laurie?
This is the recommended amount of food that our food pantry volunteers should encourage our clients to take for their household.
What is 3 meals for 3 days?
They usually go underneath, but when blue binning you can put them right over the top!
What are used underwear?
This bulky piece of furniture is good for overnight guests, but not the Furniture Program.
What is a sleeper sofa?
This program helps clients afford their heat during the cold winter months.
What is HEAP?
This staff member is not a native of New York, and is known for working out of their computer bag.
