Team Members earn 1 hour of sick for every 30 hours up to 56 hours per year.

What is the proper call-out procedure?

If you are absent from work due to illness or some other reason, you are responsible to notify your immediate Supervisor, Head of Department, or the Manager on Duty (MOD) a minimum of 4 hours prior to the shift start time by calling the hotel directly.
