What is the rule for staff providing pat-downs and searches of youth?

Individuals who are required by law to report any suspected or confirmed cases of neglect or abuse. These include staff, outside agencies, etc.
What should you not do if you are sexually assaulted at the ACJC?
Shower or wash, eat or drink, use the rest room, brush teeth, change clothing.
How soon much a mental health professional follow up with you, if you state that you want to speak with a processional regarding any sexual abuse or harassment?
