Safety Measures
A planning tool performed at the beginning of the work period. Should last 3-5 minutes. Builds a team dynamic allowing everyone to work together.
Brief
A contingency plan. Occurs when something happens or to prevent something from happening.
Huddle
Should occur timely after an event. Team discusses event and discusses the three whats. What went well? What did we learn? What should we do next time?
Situational Debrief
A short less than 5 minute, scheduled time near the end of your shift to celebrate what went well and identify opportunities to improve. What went well, what did we learn adn what should we do next time.
Debrief
A basic communication tool to make defects, progress, and resolutions visible.
Learning Board
