What is the difference between anorexia and bulimia?

Anorexia - fear of food. Usually does not eat at all, drinks a lot of water. Can get to unhealthy low weight.

Bulimia - eating lots of food, getting rid of food. It is a patterned cycle of dieting, restriction, treating, splurging, feeling guilty.

SIMPLE: Refined carbs. Processed. Found in white breads, sweets, sugars, honey. These should be eaten in moderation.

The health triangle is an example that there is a relationship between sleep, exercise, and food.  For example, if someone is not getting enough sleep, they may choose to not exercise because they are tired/lazy and then decide to make bad food choices.
