What is the difference between a Founding Member and a City Member?
Founding Members have been Members since 2015, with no lapse in Membership. City Members consist of anyone who joined after 2015 OR previous Founding Members who had a lapse in their Memberships.

Yes - any decrease in revenue or total number of seats counts as a trade in.

A City Member calls you wanting to opt out - What is the process from here?
Ask why they are wanting to opt out. See how we can overcome the objections and provide a solution (downgrade seats, surprise and delight, etc). Show value of the City Membership and future of the Club. If you cannot win them back for any reason, see if someone would be willing to take over their account priority. After exhausting all options, you may need to send them the opt out form to formally close out the account.
