Cross off the name and address with a black marker, ensure that the content of the magazine is desk appropriate, and put it in the magazine pile.

No! The computer next to the desk is not to be used by OAs either, they are for RAs to fill out Incident Reports.

For the most part, each resident may check out 1 item at a time with the exception of cooking supplies, a broom and dustpan, and a mop and bucket.
