What is the process to cancel an event with CRIM resources?
1. Daily Sheets
2. Check if there is a diagram
3. Remove CRIM order from binder
4. Draft cancellation email to Eric, CC MovingServices
5. Print and staple cancellation email to old CRIM order and file
6. If CRIM order is in CRIM Log, remove!
When should you schedule a Delivery/Pick-Up for deliverable resources?
Delivery: 12:00pm day before event or previous Friday if it is a weekend
Pick-Up: 12:00pm day after event or following Monday if it is a weekend
A sponsor requests more than 3 mics in a space. What do you do?
When Grand Ballroom is in max banquet and the sponsor requests two pieces of staging, what needs to happen to the setup to allow for this?
Remove two rounds from the setup in front of the staging (one round for each piece of staging)
