If a patron doesn't arrive on time on the morning of the trip, can they meet the group at the location?
No, all trip participants must meet at the oac on time

No, emotional support animals are NOT protected by the ADA so we do not accept emotional support animals as a service animal

Who can enter/exit through the OAC gear bay door?
RWC staff who are working and patrons picking up or dropping off boats and boards or gear they cannot easily carry on their own (patrons should be encouraged to call if they need to be let in)

You can contact the trip leaders or the trip's lead (Alex) (always loop in the Alex and/or pro-staff)
