What is the buddy system?
It is the first line of keeping girls and youth safe. It is when every person has assigned another person to stay with them at all times and to know where their buddy is.

It can serve as an emergency rain poncho.

Yes! You always need to do a SG.4 before an event. Everything else is dependant on the type of event, how long it will take emergency personnel to reach you, if you are going to be using TPSP, if you're boating or swimming.
