How far in advance should you inform your advisor that you will be tardy?
10 to 15 minutes before shift.

What is the procedure when someone reports losing an item?
Ask for description, check facility log. Then indicate date and time, having owner sign their name. Finally staff member should sign and print should also sign the Lost & Found log.
