What is the procedure when someone reports losing an item?
Ask for description, check facility log. Then indicate date and time, having owner sign their name. Finally staff member should sign and print should also sign the Lost & Found log.
Member feels like they are having a heat stroke?
Have them sit down on the floor against the wall and proceed with S.A.M. and give them a towel to cool off.
